Does putting hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer help you fight pathogens?

A "board certified doctor of natural medicine who practices Functional Medicine" claims that putting colloidal silver and hydrogen peroxide in her nebulizer is helping her recover from pneumonia and can fight off other pathogens too.

But the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America says that would be dangerous, even for people who don't have allergies or asthma. 

It definitely doesn't work to fight COVID-19, they say.

And colloidal silver is also bad for you, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says.
