Are Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci and the head of the WHO facing the death penalty?

Christiana Dillard, Lead Stories

no

Are leaders including billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates; Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease; and Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organization, facing the death penalty in a legitimate court of law, according to a video?

No. These leaders have been the target of several conspiracy theories since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. They are not facing criminal charges for their statements or actions related to public health policy.

Reiner Fuellmich, a lawyer and member of the COVID-19 conspiracy group the German Corona Investigative Committee, says in the video, that after indictments in a traditional court of law, the "real trial" will be held "by the people, for the people" in a "new system." This indicates that it will not take place in an existing court of law.
