On Feb. 3, Gov. Joe Lombardo issued a proclamation declaring Feb. 6, 2023, as Ronald Reagan Day in the State of Nevada. However, the day is not designated as a legal holiday or period of observance in the state.
Each year the Ronald Reagan Legacy Project sends requests to governors in all 50 states to issue a proclamation declaring Feb. 6 to be Ronald Reagan Day in honor of the late president's birthday.
