Does Nevada Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto always vote with Biden’s 'economic agenda'?

Limited to votes on implementing Biden’s economic agenda, as detailed by FiveThirtyEight, Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) voted in favor of the president’s priorities on 13 of 13 economic proposals, such as those extending government spending, funding water, transportation and other infrastructure, and providing COVID relief.

Overall, Cortez Masto votes in support of President Biden’s agenda 92.7% of the time, according to FiveThirtyEight. However, only two Democratic senators voted less often in support of the president’s agenda — Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) at 88.9% of the time and Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) at 90.9%.
