Does Congress’ infrastructure bill include a 61% death tax on all your wealth?
There's a social media post now that says the infrastructure bill will be funded by a 61% death tax on everyone's estate.
That's not true. First, the proposal only applied to the very richest Americans.
And secondly, it's not part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which has not yet been passed into law.
