Does a video show dozens of 'illegal' migrant workers arriving at Florida hotel?

By Christiana Dillard
NO

A Republican congressional candidate in Florida posted a video of what she called "illegal" migrant workers arriving at a Florida extended stay hotel.

The workers were legally contracted to work for a central Florida plant nursery under the federal H-2A program, which allows qualifying employers to hire workers from outside the U.S. Those workers are subsequently granted a H-2A visa.

The wholesale nursery that hired the workers pointed inquirers to a statement released by its attorneys.
