Did Germany halt all COVID-19 vaccines because they are unsafe and no longer recommended?

By Sarah Thompson
NO

American websites are presenting videos that appear to show what Germany's new interim government is doing, such as halting all COVID-19 vaccines.

However, there is no such new interim government. Instead, it's a scenario-based simulation of what could happen if trial lawyer Reiner Fuellmich were chancellor of Germany. He is not chancellor.

He and two other people are running for office as members of a relatively new political party in Germany.

The vaccine dashboard from the German Federal Ministry of Health and the Robert Koch Institute shows there has not been any interruption in COVID-19 vaccination in Germany.

This fact brief is responsive to conversations such as this one.
