Did Banksy create a digital image involving Ukraine and Putin?

A Banksy spokesperson said the artist did not create the image in question, which shows Russian President Vladimir Putin exploding after trying to pop a balloon with Ukraine's colors of blue and yellow. The image was altered from a screenshot of a music video by the Russian band Little Big.
