Did a Pennsylvania legislator state create a ‘parody’ bill that would require vasectomies for some men?

By Kaiyah Clarke
YES

A Pennsylvania bill would require vasectomies for men who have had three children — with a $10,000 reward for reporting "scofflaws" who don't submit.

But it was "parody legislation," intended to raise awareness of the recent Texas abortion ban law.

Some took it seriously, though, like the Gateway Pundit.
