NO
A purported Nuremberg trial against world leaders and public health organizations for their COVID-19 response is the brainchild of Reiner Fuellmich, a German attorney.
He has claimed he has filed a lawsuit and that a team of 1,000 lawyers and 10,000 medical experts will take part in the trial.
However, spokespersons for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization told Lead Stories there are no such lawsuits filed against them.
A spokesperson for the International Criminal Court at the Hague said that only the Court's prosecutor decides which cases to file, not outside lawyers like those alleged to be conducting a trial.
This fact brief is responsive to conversations such as this one.
