Can you vote in North Dakota without an ID?

no

North Dakota requires valid identification for a voter’s ballot to be counted, even though the state does not require voter registration.

Accepted identification includes a North Dakota driver’s license, non-driver ID, tribal ID or tribal letter, or a long-term care certificate. Both standard and REAL ID versions of state identification are accepted; digital IDs are not.

If an acceptable ID does not contain a voter’s current North Dakota address or birthdate, the voter can supplement their ID with an approved document such as a current utility bill or paycheck.

Voters who arrive without acceptable identification can cast a set-aside ballot. To have it counted, they must provide valid identification to the county auditor before the county canvassing board meets, within 13 days after the election. Identification can be submitted in person or electronically.

North Dakota offers non-driver identification cards at no cost for voting purposes.
