Is Nevada's youth vote growing?

By Todd Butterworth
YES

Between October 2020 and October 2022, the number of registered active voters in Nevada aged 18-24 has grown by 4.3%. This is more than double the growth of active voters overall in Nevada, resulting in 8,179 additional registered voters in the 18-24 age range for the 2022 general election.

Nevada began automatically registering voters through the Department of Motor Vehicles in January 2020. This new policy has resulted in 281,134 additional registered voters since December 2019.
