Did the Supreme Court bar Nevada from adding its own health warnings to pesticide labels?

yes

Monsanto v. Durnell bars all states, including Nevada, from adding health warnings to pesticide labels that are separate from federal labeling requirements.

The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act is a federal law enforced by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that prevents states from creating labeling requirements that would require health warnings to be added to the label alongside those required by the EPA.

Nevada law regulates the registration, sale and use of pesticides but does not approve state-specific labeling requirements distinct from federal regulations.

The Nevada Department of Agriculture keeps track of pesticides, misbranding rules and regulations on sales and use of pesticides.
