Are the Broncos set to demolish the Denver Water offices for a new stadium?

no

The Broncos have no plans to demolish Denver Water’s administrative building to make room for a new stadium at the Burnham Yards. The building was completed with the operations complex renovations in 2019.

Instead, the NFL team is seeking to acquire a 25-acre parcel on the southern end of the utility provider’s land that includes several smaller structures also completed with the operations complex project.

The Broncos announced Burnham Yards was the preferred site for the new stadium in September. The team released preliminary plans for the project, set to cover 150 acres between 6th and 13th avenues southwest of downtown, earlier this month.

Denver Water has owned land on the northern end of the yards for the past century and has been in negotiations with Broncos management for several months about the future of their facilities.
