YES
According to state law, ratified by Nevada voters in 1990 through a ballot measure, abortion is permitted at any point in pregnancy up to 24 weeks of gestation or if deemed necessary by a physician to save a pregnant person’s life.
In a November interview with The Nevada Independent, Democratic Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto pledged to oppose a federal abortion ban in Congress on behalf of Nevada, which is a pro-choice state where polls consistently show a majority of voters support the right to abortion.
