YES
One voter has been charged with fraud in Nevada following the 2020 presidential election. Clark County resident Donald Kirk Hartle, a registered Republican, pleaded guilty to voting more than once during the same election, after using his deceased wife’s ballot to vote a second time.
Hartle was publicly cited by the Nevada Republican Party in 2020 as evidence of voting irregularities that affected the results of the election after he claimed to learn that someone had cast a ballot for his wife Rosemarie Hartle, who died in 2017.
Hartle pleaded guilty to a felony charge, but as part of his plea deal, Hartle will be able to withdraw his plea if he follows the terms of a yearlong probation, and instead plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge.
