Texas Christian University in Fort Worth charged nearly $5,000 more for tuition than Harvard during the 2024-25 academic year.
Texas Christian University’s flat rate tuition for the 2024-25 academic year was $61,650.
Harvard’s tuition for the year is $56,550.
TCU’s estimated yearly cost including student fees, living expenses and other fees was $85,831 — $2,965 more than Harvard’s $82,866.
TCU is increasing tuition costs by 3% for the upcoming 2025-26 academic year, citing “increased operational costs and other economic factors.”
TCU increased tuition by nearly 8%, from $57,130 for the 2023-24 academic year to $61,650 in 2024-25.
The school has increased tuition cost by over $20,000 in the last decade.
In 2015, both schools cost nearly the same for tuition. Harvard cost $40,418 and TCU cost $40,630.
