NO
Write-in candidates are not permitted in Nevada elections. Voters may only vote for candidates whose names appear on their official election ballot.
An exception exists in federal law for overseas military personnel who are unable to receive their Nevada election ballot. These individuals are allowed to use a procedure called the “federal write-in absentee ballot,” which serves as a backup measure to vote in elections for federal office.
As of 2020, Nevada is one of nine states that do not allow write-in voting, according to Ballotpedia. Thirty-three states accept votes only for write-in candidates who officially register with the state, and the remaining eight states allow voters to write in the name of any person.
